These Terms of Agreement serve as a binding and legal agreement between Client & Jolly Content, Inc. (hereby referred to as Jolly SEO).
Monthly Subscriptions
3 Month Minimum.
Jolly SEO bills on the 1st of every single month.
Jolly is responsible for fulfilling order based on number of links paid, to be completed within 3 months of subscription ending.
Bulk Pre-Pay
Jolly SEO is responsible for fulfilling all links which Client has pre-paid.
Fulfillment
After paying your first bill, you will submit outreach details for us to begin outreach. We must have access to an outreach inbox & figurehead to complete setup and begin outreach.
Jolly SEO will begin pitching within 5 business days of campaign setup completion.
First links should be live around 30 days post-kickoff.
Terms of Agreement
Minimum DR 40.
Dofollow links only.
Must be open to general business/marketing opportunities, etc.
Must accept multiple wins per referring domain.
Permission: Client represents that during the duration of this project, Jolly has the permission and consent to write and publish on behalf of Client’s employees, agents, representatives, or associates.
Indemnification: In the event of a dispute or claim arising from Jolly SEO’s writing or publications on behalf of Client, Client agrees to defend and indemnify Jolly from any such dispute or claim.
